TENANCY RENEWAL

Loving your Boswell Living home?

We want you to love your home and stay with us. Providing you are meeting your obligations within the tenancy agreement, we are pleased to offer a tenancy renewal in one of two ways:

1) A 6 or 12 Month Assured Shorthold Tenancy

We will prepare new documents for you and renew your deposit protection at zero cost to you. The tenancy and rent will be fixed for that period.

2) Periodic

This can work well when you're not 100% sure you want to stay put for a fixed period. Once you've confirmed to us that you'd like the tenancy to become periodic, only one months' notice is required from you or two months' from us.
