All bedrooms include a quality double bed, a double/triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, designer chair and table lamp. All bedrooms are designed with white and grey tones so you add your own colour scheme.

This home has a cool grey kitchen including a large fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave.

The separate living room has a sofa and comfortable chair, dining table and chairs to catch up with friends over some delicious food, and large screen smart TV. You have designer lighting, feature walls and accessories for that wow factor. 

The bathroom/laundry room has a large walk in shower. There is also a washing machine and plenty of storage for laundry. 

Kick back with your favourite book in the sunny conservatory for some relaxing peace and quiet. 
 
All bills are included with a usage cap: electricity, gas, water and superfast fibre broadband.

There is a rear garden with table and chairs plus a shed for bike storage. A gardener visits regularly between Spring and Autumn. 

The house is in an excellent location; walking distance to the Waterside Campus and into the town centre. Shops including Tesco, Asda, Lidl, Starbucks and the train station are all within close proximity. The Co-op and a range of fast food places are minutes away.
